Mr. Yonatan Altman serves as Chairman of the Board at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. and as Chairman of APMakers. Mr. Altman joined APM & Co. in 1988, and in the late 1990s he founded the firm’s Corporate/Hi-Tech and VC Department, which is one of the largest and most prominent of its kind in Israel. It includes many teams specialized in various sub-sectors, and provides legal services to investors, VC funds and companies throughout all stages of investment and across all areas of the hi-tech industry. Mr. Altman has extensive experience in corporate law, finance and business consulting for funds, companies, boards of directors and entrepreneurs.
